The summer weather seems to be settling into the Hudson Valley.  There are some showers we will need to deal with late on Wednesday and Wednesday night, but other than that, the rest of the week looks good. More seasonal weather with plenty of sunshine for Thursday and Friday.

A frontal boundary will move into the area Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night, that will touch off a period of wetness.  It’s been very dry and we could use the rain.

Our next good soaking will be for the weekend, where we could see wet weather.  The Hudson Valley does need a good soaking rain, before everything dries up for the summer.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday:  Increasing clouds, with afternoon showers.  High near 75.

Wednesday night:  Showers, gradually clearing overnight.  Low 59.

Thursday:  Sunny, high 81.

Friday:  Sunny, high 81.

Showers for both Saturday and Sunday.
