Shots Fired in Dutchess County Lead to Two Arrests
Two men, one from Dutchess County and the other from Texas, were arrested following reports of shots being fired.
On June 17th, City of Beacon Officers responded to Tompkins Terrace for a report of shots fired.
Arriving officers say they found two suspects in the area and discovered a loaded, silver, revolver style hand gun, near the area of were the men were located.
Both men were taken into custody and transported to the City of Beacon Police Department where they were processed and charged.
Luis E. Rodriguez, 27, of Beacon was arrested for 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and 1st-degree criminal contempt, both felonies.
Richard J. Bosque, 30, from Katy, Texas was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felon, and 2nd-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
