Ashley McBryde was announced this week as one of the artist who will perform at the Taste of Country Music Festival on June 8, 9 and 10 at Hunter Mountain. She has been leaving her mark in country music this year with some help from Eric Church. Rolling Stone referred to her as (quote taken from TOCMF website) "Arkansas red-clay badass, with the swagger of Hank Jr. and the song writing of Miranda Lambert." I think they captured this hot new country artist in a nutshell.

Her single Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega (duh-lawn-eh-ga) hasn't hit Hudson Valley Radio yet but the official video has over 300,000 views on YouTube. Although Ashley has never played the Taste of Country Music Festival she will have a familiar face on the Mountain when she arrives. Ashley and Eric Church bonded last year over music and she ended up joining him for a night on his Holdin' My Own Tour where they sang one of her tunes, "Bible and a .44".
