Sentencing Delayed For Kayak Killer

It's a case that caught national attention, and now it will be dragged further into November. According to News 12, Angelika Graswald was set to be sentenced for criminally negligent homicide this week, but will now take place November 9th.

She plead guilty back in July and as part of her plea deal, could be released later this year. Vincent Viafore was a well like member of the community who did not deserve this fate. The fact that Graswald could be out of jail by the end of the year is maddening for many.

Hopefully this will be the last we hear of Ms. Graswald. Shortly after the incident happened she went out and sang karaoke and claimed it was a tribute. But witnesses in attendance that night claimed she was a little too happy for having just lost a fiance. Originally from Latvia, there is a chance she could be deported.
