Second-degree Murder Indictment In Death of Milton Toddler

A Milton man accused of killing a 2-year-old boy early last month has been indicted by an Ulster County grand jury for second-degree murder.

Kenneth M. Stahli, 27, is accused of killing Mason L. Decosmo on Aug. 5 at their home in Milton, where the child lived with his mother, Katlin Wolfert, and Stahli, the mother’s live-in boyfriend.

A medical examiner ruled the death was the result of “blunt impact injury of the head, torso and extremities.”
