Cadbury Creme Eggs are a favorite treat for many people. They are one of those candies that takes me a few hours to eat, they are that rich. I have friends who wait for them every year, that is until this year.

It seems that Kraft foods, who now own Cadbury's, has secretly changed the recipe. Since 1971, the creme egg was made with a dairy milk shell, which really made it something special. This year the shell is apparently made from a standard cocoa mixture leading many to state that it tastes cheap.

Another change is that while the price of a box of Cadbury eggs has remained the same, the number in the box hasn't. Instead of 6 eggs you will only get 5.

If you are a fellow chocolate lover, we don't have to just take this, that's what social media is for! Leave a comment on their Facebook page or tweet about it #CadburysCremeEgg. Let's get the good chocolate back!

While I realize this isn't anywhere near the biggest issue we currently face, it would feel great to have our voices be heard, to actually make a difference. Next stop Washington DC!
