Who doesn't love pulled pork? It's delicious, melts in your mouth, has great flavor that has been developed over hours and hours and hours of slow cooking. In fact, most recipes call for it to cook six to eight hours in a slow-cooker. But what if I told you that you could get the same flavor and tenderness in only 90 minutes. No fooling.

You can do this with an amazing little kitchen appliance called the Instant Pot and if you've been watching any of my videos over the past few months, we've made everything from recipes from start to finish, to prepping some of your meats and ingredients ahead of time to save you both time and money. This week we tackled pulled pork.

This was one of the first meats I cooked in my Instant Pot. This was the big test for me. Could it really be as tender and delicious as those cooked low and slow and the answer is yes. Pulled pork sandwiches, tacos, and quesadillas here we come.

If yours doesn't turn out as tender as you like, adjust the time. I keep track of dishes I make and times that I've adjusted in a little notebook so that I don't have to repeat the same mistake over and over, lol. Do you have an Instant Pot? Do you like it? What are your secrets for great dishes in it? I'd love to learn from you too.
