A man and woman were arrested after police seized heroine, crack cocaine, methadone, marijuana, an imitation handgun, and nearly $10,000 in cash from and Ulster County home.

Members of the ULSTER REGIONAL GANG ENFORCEMENT NARCOTICS TEAM (URGENT), began an investigation of heroin being sold in the Woodstock area. On Thursday URGENT executed a search warrant at 165 Ohayo Mountain Road in Woodstock.

According to URGENT, 56 year-old Allen B. Martin, of Woodstock, Marnine J. Henry, 38, from Saugerties, and a third person were located inside the residence. In the ensuing search, 1087 decks of heroin with an estimated street value of $15,000, 0.78 pounds of marijuana, 1.2 grams of crack cocaine, drug packaging materials, methadone, an imitation handgun and $9825.00 in cash were seized.

Martin was charged with 1st, 3rd, and 5th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 1st-degree criminal nuisance, and 3rd-degree criminal possession of marijuana, all felonies. Martin was also given misdemeanor charges for 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of 2nd-degree using drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned in Woodstock Town Court and remanded without bail to the Ulster County Jail.

Henry was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Woodstock Court at a later time.
