Police: Man Arrested for Pouring Bleach on Female

A Dutchess County man is accused of pouring bleach on a female victim in Ulster County.

Saturday, Saugerties Police responded to reports of a male and female physical dispute at the KOA Campground in Saugerties.

Police say an investigation determined that during a verbal argument, 48-year-old Joshua S. Fetzer, of Fishkill, poured bleach on a female victim.

Fetzer was charged with 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Court and released on his own recognizance upon the issue of a No-Harass Order of Protection.
