Police are hoping for help as they investigate reports of shots fired in Ulster County.

On Tuesday around 2 a.m., the City of Kingston Police Department began an investigation into shots fired from a vehicle.

It’s believed that the shooting took place on Clinton Avenue, near Henry and St James Streets, around 2 a.m. Tuesday in the City of Kingston.

At this time, there are no reports of any injuries from the shooting, police say.

New York State Police assisted at the scene.
