A Hudson Valley man is accused of causing a drunken car accident, exposing himself to a female cop and urinating on the booking room floor.

On Friday around 5:45 p.m., Saugerties Police responded to a two car motor vehicle crash at the intersection of State Route 212 and State Route 32.

An investigation determined that 52-year-old Marc E. Stonehouse of Saugerties rear-ended a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, police say.

A blood-alcohol test later allegedly determined that Stonehouse’s BAC was .19%, over two-times the legal limit of intoxication.

During the booking process, Stonehouse is accused of exposing himself to a female officer and then urinating on the booking room floor.

Stonehouse was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and a traffic summons for following too closely.
