3 Ulster County residents were arrested, in 3 separate cases, after all 3 allegedly sold an assortment of drugs to undercover officers.

For some time, URGENT has been investigating narcotic sales in the Town of Esopus, Plattekill, and Ulster.

Police say recently 52-year-old Scott E. Craig, of Kingston sold methadone to an undercover cop. He was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies.

David P. Mulligan, 47, was arrested at his home in Plattekill after he allegedly sold oxycodone to undercover officers. He was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies.

Officials say undercover police purchased cocaine from Sarah M. Schatzel, 28, of Saugerties. During processing she was allegedly in possession of suboxone. She was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Craig was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secured bond, to return to Esopus Town Court at a later time.

Mulligan was arraigned in the Town of Rosendale Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 secured bond, to return to the Town of Plattekill Court at a later time.

Schatzel was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and released after posting $5,000 cash bail at the court, to return at a later time.
