According to WTEN, the company Playtex has announced a recall of some of there kids products due to the potential risk of choking.

The recall was announced yesterday and includes Playtex Plates and Bowls that have printed graphics on them. They announced that the plates and bowls have been sold in a variety of different designs that have cars, giraffes, superheroes and more on them and have been sold from 2009 to 2017.

Here are some of the recalled items:

Playtex DC Super Friends Mealtime Set

Playtex Bowls 3 pack and 6 pack
Playtex Plates 2 pack and 4 pack
Playtex Toddler Mealtime Set
Playtex Plate Single Pack
Playtex Bowl Single Pack

The potential risk of choking could happen if a clear plastic layer over a graphic’s bubble could peel away from the surface, which according to Playtex has been reported 372 times.

They have also received 11 reports of pieces of the detached clear plastic found in children’s mouths and that includes four reports of a child choking on a piece of the clear plastic layer.
