It is a grill cheese kind of day. I grew up when grilled cheese sandwiches were BOOORRRING! Kraft american cheese on white bread. Now, don't get me wrong, they where yummy, after all my Mom made them, but as a grown up my taste for melty cheese sandwiches has changed. So many cheeses, so many things you can add, and don't even get me started on all the bread choices we have now a days. We are living in the age of "you are now allowed to put anything you want on your grill cheese", not just tomato. So get to the kitchen today and melt some cheesy goodness, add yummy things and put it between whatever you'd like. Just remember you have to be able to pick it up to eat it. NO FORKS Allowed.

PS Don't forget to gobble up that yummy left over blob of melted cheese on the plate when your done.
