National Pumpkin Day

Okay so I'm a day late and a pumpkin seed short.

Yesterday was National Pumpkin day which is perfect considering Halloween on Monday. If you listened to the show this morning, CJ and I were trying get into the harvest season spirit and were looking to find places to make us Caramel Apples and or Onions. Yes. Onions. But before we have disgusting or delicious fun, we gotta talk about what we can make with pumpkins.

Sure, you can carve your pumpkins and decorate your house but why not make it into something delicious like a pie or bread? As you know I made a fresh pumpkin pie last week and I had to pat myself on the back. It came out pretty great. Here are some awesome, and easy recipes, I found that will be great way to celebrate National Pumpkin day all week long:
