‘Mulan’ Inspired Dipping Sauce Back at McDonalds

We've all see at least a handful of classic Disney movies right?

Aladdin, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid these are all films that molded who we are as a Nation. Okay, that's a bit dramatic but you get where I'm coming from. There are still some great Disney movies being released now, but the films that came out during the '90s were top notch.

Along with those films came memorabilia that we reminisce about to this day.  McDonald's always had the Disney hook  up, they would have cups, bowls, toys and special menu items.

Back in 1997 when the movie Mulan released so was a special teriyaki Szechuan  dipping sauce.

The sauces history would have fallen into the abyss of has-beens if it were for the TV show Rick and Morty. Thanks to the show, McDonald's is bringing the sauce back for one day only at participating McDonald's locations.

You can enjoy the Szechuan sauce on Saturday, October 7th, at the McDonald's on Main Street in Poughkeepsie.
