You can get your free one month passes starting on Thursday August 17th.

The quest to make Ulster County the healthiest county in New York continues at one of Ulster County's nicest places, Mohonk Preserve.

According to the Daily Freeman, if you are an Ulster County resident you can enjoy the preserve for free for an entire month starting next week as Mohonk preserve joins in on Healthy Ulster Autumn.

To get your month pass all you need to do is bring proof of Ulster County residence to the Preserve Visitor Center on Route 44/55 in Gardiner from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting August 17th through August 20th, or stop by the Spring Farm Trailhead in High Falls from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. August 19th and 20th.

The passes must be picked up in person unless your a minor, in that case parents or legal guardians can pick up passes on your behalf and once you get yours they will be valid through September 17th.
