Everyone young and old can't resist a cool truck. That's why so many of us love Touch A Truck events. They let us get up close and personal to some truck we usually just see from a distance. Kids of all ages and even grown-ups love to investigate the inside of a fire trucks and the big dump trucks they use at construction sites. There is a thrill the first time you climb up and look out the windshield. Touch A Truck events give all us truck enthusiast a chance to check out trucks that we usually only see passing us on the highway.

The City of Middletown is hosting a Touch A Truck event on Saturday September 29th. They are inviting families from all over the Hudson Valley to bring your children to this kid friendly event where everyone will get a chance to see some pretty cool trucks and the people who operate them. Everyday community vehicles will be on hand for the kids to check out. You can even feel free to ask questions to the operates of the trucks who will be looking forward to meeting you and the kids.

This event is being held in conjunction with the Middletown BID Farmer's Market which is held at Cottage Street at Railroad Avenue in Middletown. Touch A Truck will run from 11am to 1pm that day. The Farmer's market will open at 8am so why not come early and enjoy shopping at the market for some farm fresh treats.

The Middletown BID Farmer's Market is held every Saturday now through September 29th from 8am to 1pm. Stop out for fresh season fruits and veggies. There are vendors with fresh flowers, local jams, honey and more.
