I promise this isn't a scene out of a new Home Alone movie. But the Bathrobe Bandit has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

Over the weekend the Ramapo Police Department were informed about a break in attempt. According to the Rampapo Police Department Facebook page, the incident occurred during the early morning hours on Saturday, November 25th in the Village of Airmont.

Luckily the home was equip with security cameras to catch the suspect. The cameras definitely caught the man in action and also caught him stuck. . . in the window he was trying to break in through.

In the video posted below we can see the suspect enter through a window above a sink, wearing what looks to be a fluffy grey bathrobe. At one point said suspect realizes he probably wont be able to successfully get through the window as you can see him sit back and take a couple deep breaths.

In another video posted by ABC News he realizes the cameras are there and looks directly into the camera catching him in the act.

The Rampao Police Department is still searching for the suspect. If you have any information call the police department at 845-357-2400.
