Following a five day manhunt, police believe they found the man who fatally shot a Hudson Valley man during a customer-employee argument at a car dealership.

On Saturday, Joseph Youbens of Middletown, an employee at Youbs Auto Sales on Route 59 in West Nyack was shot three times, police say. The 37-year-old was rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery but died from his injuries.

Authorities believe Youbens, who owned Youbs Auto Sales, was shot after an argument with a customer.

The suspect fled the scene and was described as being a black man with a beard who was wearing glasses and a dark colored baseball hat.

On Thursday, after what police say was an "exhaustive five-day investigation," Eric Hue Ross, Jr., 24, of Wilmington, Delaware was taken into custody at a home in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.

Police in Clarkstown were assisted by U.S. Marshall’s Service, Pennsylvania State Police, New York City Police Department Intelligence Bureau and the Quakertown Police Department.
