Local Student Attacks Bus Driver

This is just CRAZY!

 
According to the Daily Freeman, a student on a Highland school district bus attacked the driver while other students were on board all because the bus driver wouldn't stop were the student wanted.

Police told the Freeman that Sabrina E. Baker, 18, of Highland, was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors. Police also said that the bus driver was punched and hit by Baker because she was upset she wasn't dropped off where she wanted to be.

The bus driver suffered bruising and Baker was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court at a later date.
