Ladies May 10th You Should Be A VIP

On Tuesday May 10th we are throwing a party for all the ladies in the Hudson Valley and we hope you and your girlfriends can make it. The Crunch Fitness What Women Want returns for 2016 and will be held at the Poughkeepsie Grand. This annual event promises to be a great night of fun for you and all your friends. Admission is free and the doors open at 5pm. Come straight from work.

Just like in years past there will be food and drinks and chocolate and prizes plus everything else you put on your want list. New this year is a VIP ticket that costs just $20 and will get you access to wine, spirits and cider tastings in the special VIP room. You will also get to be part of a group Tarot Cards reading with Marcy Currier.
