If this isn't a story of how powerful music can be, nothing is. A woman wrote an open letter to KIP MOORE thanking him for his song "Hey Pretty Girl" . . . because her six-year-old adopted son said it touched his heart.

She opened the letter talking about the boy's anger issues. How he throws chairs, screams that they're not his family . . . that he hates them and wants his "real" mommy back, even though he never really knew her.

And then one day "Hey Pretty Girl" came on the radio. She writes, quote, "When I looked in the rearview mirror, I saw him crying. I asked why he was sad and [he] told me that sometimes, people cry even when they're not sad.

"Wiping tears away he said, 'I'm not sad, Mom. It's just this song. It touched deep in my heart. It makes my heart feel something, but I'm not sad. One day will I be married like the song man? And then I'll really be in a family? My own family?'"
