Kingston Man Charged With Robbery
A Kingston man is accused of robbing a 47-year-old woman.
On Dec. 18 around 4:20 p.m., a man robbed a 47-year-old female of cash in the area of Broadway and Franklin Street in Kingston. The victim wasn’t hurt, police say.
Members of the Kingston Police Department began an investigation and soon identified 57-year-old Steven Boler of Kingston as the suspect. Officials didn’t reveal how they linked Boler to the alleged crime.
On Monday, Boler was located by Kingston police and arrested. He was charged with first-degree robbery, a felony. Boler was processed, arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail.
