It’s Time to get Your Entry Ready for the Dutchess County Fair

The 170th Dutchess County Fair will be held August 25 through August 30 at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck. There will be food, rides, games, concerts, animals, and many Hudson Valley businesses on display. In addition, there will be exhibits showcasing everything from flowers, vegetables, pies, jams, bread, photography, crafts, fiber art, children's crafts, and so much more.
If you've ever dreamed of entering something in the Dutchess County Fair, this is the year to do it. Remember that great shot you captured with your phone after a storm?Are you getting a lot of compliments about your flowers this year? Do you pride yourself on your bread making or are your pies the hit of any gathering? Enter and you could win a ribbon at the fair.
The 170th Dutchess County Fair Exhibitor book is now out and it's available on line. You'll find everything you need to know about each category, all of the rules and requirements, plus any special contests. For the first time, you can enter and pay any fees associated with your category on-line. How easy is that? Everything at your fingertips to get you closer to winning that blue ribbon at the fair. All entries close on August 1.
