It’s Time to Get Insane at the 2017 Insane Inflatable 5K

It's that time of year again. The WMC Health Insane Inflatable 5K is back.

As you know, I have some person experience with the Insane Inflatable 5K. A few years back I went through a grueling training process to prepare myself for the simple race. I stepped on legos to handle pain, blew up inflatable floats to test my endurance and ran after a four wheeler to work on my speed.

We all know what happened while I ran after said four wheeler, but if you don't  know here's a refresher:

This year the Insane Inflatable will be held on July 29th at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck. There are a handful of new inflatables to conquer this year like the gigantic "Wall" and the stuffed "ball maze."
