Instant Pot: How to Make Cheeseburger Macaroni

Did you buy an Instant Pot during Amazon Prime Days? Every year, Amazon marks down thousands of items pretty significantly and every year one of the most popular items purchased is the Instant Pot, an electric pressure cooker.

If you purchased one this year, welcome to the club! I have a series of articles and videos to help get you started. I have had mine since September of 2016 and it has changed how I cook.

Foods I would never attempt to cook in the summer because it would heat the kitchen up too much, I now do without even a thought. Foods that take too long for my busy schedule, are no big deal. Pulled pork in 90 minutes, egg bites, like the ones Starbucks sells, in minutes and for far cheaper than what you're paying them, and so much more.

This week, I wanted to share one of my go-to recipes, thanks to Great Food Fast by Bob Warden. It is made using one-pot with both the Saute and pressure cooking features of the Instant Pot. It's ready in minutes and yes, you can cook pasta in the Instant Pot. Let me show you.
