A man who drives a tow truck in the Hudson Valley is accused of stealing from his boss.

New York State Police at Ellenville arrested Robert Padilla Jr., 46, from Walden for 4th degree grand larceny, a felony.

Last month police began an investigation into a complaint that Padilla, a tow truck operator, stole over $1,500 from his employer. Friday, he was located and arrested. Police would not say how they determined he stole from his boss.

Padilla was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Marlborough Court on July 12, 2016 at 6:00 PM.
