Hudson Valley Teen Faces Drug Charges in Ulster, and Orange Counties
An 18-year old is facing felony drug charges, in both Orange and Ulster counties following a traffic stop.
William Allen, 18, of Crawford was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth , four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Fifth Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Driving While Impaired by Drugs.
According a Press Release: Following a traffic stop, Allen was found to be in possession of a quantity of Ketamine and concentrated cannabis. The investigation led authorities to Allen's Crawford home, where additional controlled substances including: Ketamine, concentrated cannabis, LSD, and marijuana were seized.
Allen was arraigned in Town of Plattekill Court, and sent to Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. Allen was also charged in Crawford for the drugs found in his home. He was released in lieu of his remand to Ulster County Jail.
