On Thursday, New York State Police at Catskill arrested 22-year-old Justin J. Ross of Saugerties for rape, disseminating indecent material to minors, criminal sexual act, all felonies, forcible touching and two-counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

The arrest follows a two-month state police investigation into Ross, a Level 2 sex offender, for having sexual contact with several minors, police say.
