Congratulations are in order for Bryan and Dahlia Graham’s Fruition Chocolate. Not only are they one of only a few chocolatiers in the United States who produce all of their chocolate directly from the cocoa bean, they also recently received gold and silver awards at the 2015 International Chocolate Awards in London, according to the Hudson Valley News Network.

According to their website, The International Chocolate Awards is an independent competition recognizing excellence in fine chocolate making and in the products made with fine chocolate. Fruition Chocolate received gold in the Plain/origin milk chocolate bars category for their Maranon Milk and silver in the Milk chocolate bars with an infusion or flavoring for their Barrel Aged Dark Milk.
