How Much is This Potato Salad Worth

Potato Salad is one of those dishes that I think every family has a favored recipe for. Whether you add hard boiled eggs, dill pickle, spicy mustard, or any other unique ingredients, these can be closely guarded secrets. While these can be priceless to a family, I'm not sure how much they would be on the open market.

Zack Danger Brown from Columbus, Ohio, wasn't sure what kind of potato salad he should make, so he decided to not only ask for folks opinions but also ask for some funding to build a better potato salad with better ingredients. He posted the project on kickstarter.com on July 3rd and has raised more than $39,000 with 24 days left to go on the project. He has now developed "premiums" for varying levels of sponsorship such as receiving a photo of him making the potato salad, a thank you posted on the website, and he promises to say your name out loud while making the potato salad.
