Help Operation SOS in Ulster County

Operation Support Our Service People needs our help!

Operation SOS is starting to pack some really cool care packages for members of our American military and if you would like to be a part of the packing, you can on Tuesday March 20th in Saugerties, according to the Daily Freeman.

The packing event will take place tomorrow (March 20th) at the Frank Greco Senior Center located at the corner of Market and Robinson streets in the village of Saugerties.

The care packages will include comfort foods for military members that are deployed in combat or hostile areas and if you have a solider that would enjoy one of these great packages you can email their names and addresses to patriot246@gmail.com.

If you would like to drop off comfort food items to be included in this shipment, they will start excepting donations starting at 2:30p.m. at the Frank Greco Senior Center. You can also make a donation today at Krause’s Chocolates, 41 Partition Street in Saugerties.

Operation SOS is a not for profit volunteer organization that has been doing these shipments since 2003.
