According to an article in Money Magazine online more of us are eating breakfast. However, due to our busy lifestyle that same article has found the more of us are eating it on the road. Apparently we eat on average 361 breakfasts but we eat about one third of them on the go.

So this got me thinking about good places to eat breakfast in the Hudson Valley. Places that you can go to and make breakfast a meal not a snack in a bag. Don't get me wrong on the busy days I love to go to McDonald's or New Paltz Bagel. They are my go to spots to grab breakfast on the go. But when you want to sit down and enjoy breakfast you are probably on the hunt for something different.

Google maps has suggested Main Street Bistro in New Paltz, Sweet Sue's in Phoenicia and Hudson Hil's Cafe in Cold Spring. Main Street Bistro I can definitely vouch for as the perfect place for delicious breakfast. But on certain mornings be prepared to wait they are popular. Dolce in Kingston and the Big Tomato in Poughkeepsie also have a big following.
