Get a Free Slurpee Today at 7-11

Today is July 11th. Also known as the National holiday, 7/11.

Since today is such a special date, all 7-11 convenient stores will be offering a special treat. Starting at 11am today, 7-11 will be offering a FREE small Slurpee while supplies last at participating locations. The free Slurpee's will be available until 7pm tonight. In the past few years we have seen several 7-11 locations in the Hudson Valley close. However, there are some hidden 7-11 gems around the valley.

You can find a 7-11 in Poughkeepsie at 266 Hooker Avenue. There are two other locations in Middletown, one at 465 North St and the other Rte 211 E.

The real debate when it comes to Slurpees is what flavor do you go with? This morning we discussed several different options. Some enjoyed the watermelon flavor and others were big fans of blue raspberry. Personally, I like taking a little cherry and a bit of the coke and making a cherry coke Slurpee. But hey, to each  his or her own right?
