Frolic Friday: Turkeys Are Loose

It's Friday and its officially time to kick off the weekend!

Every Friday Jess and I do what we can to send you into the weekend with a smile on your face, by running around like two morons, with a nice "Frolic".

We try to come up with a theme each week to make our frolic a little more ridiculous and this week we decided that we are going to frolic like a bunch of wild turkeys as we get ready for Thanksgiving coming up next week.

I'm telling you that nothing makes the day better than a nice brisk frolic on a Friday. If you need a little pick me up today and coffee isn't doing the trick, you have to try out frolicking.

All you need to do is drop your arms to your side, point your hands out and start skipping around where ever you are. I promise it works!
