Frolic Friday Juggling (VIDEO)

It's Friday and Jess tries to show off a hidden talent.

Each Friday throughout the year Jess and I head outside of the studios to officially kick off the weekend with what we call Frolic Friday. Most weeks we have a theme for our frolic and this week we decided that we were going to try and do a little juggling while frolicking and as we started we found out that Jess can actually juggle...kinda....

Jess is just full of surprises, who knew she could juggle? If you are like us and need a little extra something to get you through a Friday, nothing will make you feel better than a nice long or short frolic.

We dare you every week to do it and if your up to the challenge all you need to do to frolic is find yourself an open space, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are and before you know it your frolicking!
