Frolic Friday Jess Returns (VIDEO)

Yes it's Friday, let's kick off the weekend!

Every Friday morning on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we do all we can to send you into the weekend with a big ol smile of your face and to do that we head outside of the station and frolic around like to idiots.

Most Friday's we try to come up with a theme and this week I decided that we would frolic with Jess like she was here with us and not on vacation.

Also if you want a sneak peek of the RAM 1500 truck that I'm driving this month, I show it off quickly at the end of our frolic....

Jess really returns on Tuesday next week...LOL!

If your having a rough day today and you just cant wait for Labor Day Weekend to start, nothing will make your day better than a nice frolic where ever you are.

To join in on the fun all you need to do is find an open space, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around where ever you are and BOOM, your frolicking.
