In honor of the Fourth of July I thought I would share some great places you can visit in the Hudson Valley that take us back to our great country's fight for independence. We are very fortune to live in an area that is rich with American History. The Hudson Valley was at the fore front of this country's creation. You might even go as far to say that that Hudson Valley has been here since the beginning.

The Hudson Valley is rich with historic sites and quite a few lead back to where it all started for us as the Great United States of America. Check out these historical places to visit and learn more about the birth of America.
