Five Planets Will Align This Week and Will Be Visible to the Naked Eye

If you are into astrology this is like a straight flush in poker.

Starting today(January 20) five planets will align and should be visible in the night/early morning sky.

Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Mars, and Jupiter will all line up along the southern horizon along a diagonal line.

According to EarthSky, this will be the first time since 2005 the five planets will appear at the same time.

The sky show will be visible starting until February 20th.

The planet Mercury will be closest to the horizon so that should be the easiest to spot in the sky. Mars will have a red glow to it and it should make it easier to spot.
