Don't Miss the Bayhorse Gazebos and Barns 2017 Spring Open House onSaturday April 22nd from 9am to 5pm. Our Amish builders will be visiting from Lancaster, PA to talk about their work and their buildings.
We will also be serving a huge Amish BBQ Fundraiser Lunch for Sparrow's Nest, a very special charity providing meals for the families of caregivers with cancer in areas of the Hudson Valley. Enjoy BBQ chicken, hamburgers, corn on the cob and cake and ice cream for dessert! Special thanks to Second Chance Farm for the hamburgers and to Letti's Homemade Ice Cream for the first ice cream of Spring and delicious salad. The kids from Hidden Hollow Farms Riding Center will be helping out serving lunch to our guests.
Our Sparrow's Nest fundraisers will feature raffle tickets to win a brand new Bayhorse shed, Sparrow's Nest sport towels to show your team spirit and a wonderful selection of hand-crafted Amish-made rustic bird houses and mailboxes. All proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets, sport towels, bird houses and mailboxes go to Sparrow's Nest to help provide meals to the families of caregivers with cancer. The suggested donations for the fundraiser lunch are $10 for adults and $5 for children 5 and up. Children under 5 enjoy lunch on us.
The Hudson Valley's Country - the WOLF - 94.3 and 97.3 will be live on-site at Bayhorse from 11am to 1pm. Join the WOLF for some excitement - spin the wheel, enter contests and interact with the WOLF crew!From 2pm to 4pm join Smitty and the crew from WPDH 101.5 who will be signing you up for a chance to win concert tickets, spin the prize wheel and playing some of your favorite classic rock tunes.
Many of our vendors will be on hand at the Open House to talk about their hand-crafted Amish-made products including: Bird in Hand - chicken coops and dog kennels, Country Lane - gazebos, pergolas and pavilions, Sunrise Structures - sheds and garages and Windy Valley - Finch poly furniture.
We have an incredible selection of fine Amish buildings, furniture and outdoor decor, plus some great one day special offers just for visitors at our Spring Open House!
