It's one of my favorite events of the year when some of the most popular cideries come out with their most popular adult beverages. This years event is at an awesome location at Barton Orchards in Poughquag, which is fitting considering during apple picking season Barton is the place to be. Angry Orchard, Bad Seed, Docs, McKenzie's and my personal favorite Nine Pin will be some of the ciders on hand and many more.

You'll work up and appetite enjoying all that deliciousness, but have no fear there will be food trucks set up and ready to curve your cravings. Gourmet Meatballs? They'll be there thanks to Enjoy-a-Ball truck. French Fries? We'll have those too, courtesy of Ei's Fries and Flying Food Truck. And if your sweet tooth kicks into overload Sweet Central Express and Whipped Cupcakes will be there too.

If you'd like a unique view of the Hudson Valley Cider Festival you can take a helicopter ride thanks to Independent Helicopter Company. If you're looking for an exciting event to check out next weekend, stop by Barton Orchard for the Hudson Valley Cider Festival June 24th 2pm until 6pm.
