VTech has some of the coolest, electronic, educational games going. If you're like millions of other parents and grandparents, you've registered your toy on VTech's Learning Lodge website, allowing you to download apps, learning games, e-books, and other educational materials.

VTech Holdings Limited has announced that the Learning Lodge app store database was hacked on November 14. While the company points out that credit card information is not stored there, it does have user profile information. This includes name, email address, encrypted password, secret question and answer for password retrieval, IP address, mailing address and download history. It also, in some cases, includes children's names, gender, and date of birth.

As of this writing, access to the VTech Learning Lodge website has been suspended until the company is able to add additional security features to the site. If you have any questions or concerns, the company has set up an email to handle any inquiries.
