Dutchess Man Charged With Taking Money from Dead Mom’s Bank Account
New York State Police at Dover Plains arrested 34-year-old Christopher M. Frenyea-White, of Wassaic, for 3rd-degree grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony.
According to State Police, in January 2016, police began an investigation into a number of suspicious withdrawals from a deceased person’s bank account at the M&T Bank in Amenia. PolicNew York State Police say a Dutchess County man took over $3,000 from his deceased mother’s bank account.e allege that in 2015, Frenyea-White made several purchases and cash withdrawals from the Dover branch ATM in excess of $3,000 from his dead mother’s account.
Frenyea-White was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court and released to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation.
