A Millerton man has been arrested and charged in connection with a commercial burglary of a Dutchess County diner. 

Dustin Holst-Grubbe, 20, of Millerton has been arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony. Holst-Grubbe is accused of entering the Oakhurst Diner in Millerton while it was closed and stealing money out of the register.

On the morning of Aug. 4 employees of the Oakhurst Diner reported discovering a possible burglary. Following an investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, Holst-Grubble was identified as a suspect and arrested on Aug. 7.

Holst-Grubbe was arraigned in North East Court and remanded to Dutchess County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
