Dutchess County Man Accused of Several Burglaries
Following a long investigation a Dutchess County man is accused of committing several burglaries. He was allegedly found by police with heroin.
Following a six-week investigation, Bedford Police arrested 26-year-old Justin Williams of Holmes. Williams is accused of burglarizing a home on Elm Road in Katonah on Aug. 11.
Police did not say how their six-week investigation led them to develop Williams as the suspect.
Williams was recently arrested by detectives in Bedford Hills. At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of 7 decks of heroin, police say.
Authorities also allege that Williams is a suspect in a number of other burglaries throughout northern Westchester.
The investigation is ongoing and authorities say they will update the situation when further information develops.
