You can fry anything if you try hard enough.

It seems like everyone is hopping on the fry bandwagon. Remember when Taco Bell rolled out their Nacho Fries (good news, those are coming back to the Hudson Valley on July 12)? Now Dunkin Donuts is following suit by introducing Donut Fries to the Hudson Valley.

According to a press release from Dunkin Donuts, Donut Fries will be available across the country starting Monday, July 4. The fries will be available for a limited time at participating restaurants. The fries will be served 5 at a time for $2.

The press release doesn't really say what the donut fries are: are they fried donuts or something else? I really have no clue. But I'm definitely going to try them. According to Elite Daily, they're a croissant covered in sugar. To me, this sounds like a churro. I wish they came with some form of icing to dip them into. (Dunkin Donuts: if you take my idea, I want royalties).

There are Dunkin Donuts all over the Hudson Valley, including Poughkeepsie, Newburgh, New Paltz, Fishkill, Wappingers, Montgomery, Walden, Highland, and plenty more.
