You can never be to careful with your kids Halloween candy.

I remember as a kid when Halloween rolled around my Mom would always remind us not to eat any of the candy we got trick or treating until she checked it out. She would always tell us the story of the house that was handing out apples to kids that had razor blades in them. I guess she would tell us the same story every year to try and scare us so that we wouldn't eat anything that could hurt us.

Every year there are stories of kids getting candy that's got something wrong with it and this year will be no different.

According to the Daily News, Police are now warning parents about gummi candies and lollipops that could contain something called cannabidiol, also known as CBD.

CBD doesn't have the same effects as THC, which is found in marijuana, but if taken it is reported to give you a euphoric feeling and is legal in more than 10 states as treatment for seizure disorders but isn't regulated by the Food and Drug Administration.
