Following a long investigation a jailed man is accused of robbing a number of Ulster County homes including stealing $8,000 worth of computer equipment.

On December 12, 2015, troopers responded to Orchard St in the Town of Hurley for a burglary complaint. While investigating the burglary, a second victim on Orchard Street reported $8,000 worth of computer equipment was stolen from her residence.

Over the course an extensive 7 month police investigation, a number of people were interviewed and police say Pinder was developed as the suspect in each case.

An arrest warrant was issued for Pinder. At the time of his arrest he was incarcerated in Downstate Correctional Facility as the result of an unrelated prior conviction.

Pinder remains in Downstate Correctional Facility and the case has been turned over to the Ulster County District Attorney for prosecution.
