If you are anything like me, bad habits are something I deal with all the time.

From smoking to eating the wrong things. Well if you are looking for a way to break those bad habits, I think I may have found a way to do it.

Now it may be a little painful but it could work.

It's called the The Pavlok wristband and it comes from a British software company. The wristband is set up to shock you every time you do something that isn't good for you.

According to the Independent, here is how it works, it connects to your phone and GPS, so you can program it to shock you when you do something like go into a fast food place or you don't hit 10,000 steps a day.

The people behind this say after a bunch of shocks, eventually the shocks will train your brain to break the habit to avoid the shocks.

You can also set this up to shock you if you do something like smoke or drink.

If you want one, they cost $199.
